I promise I won’t bring this up again until Christmas, but the first week of NFL football is officially in the books. It was a much better week for my Buffalo Bills than for the Broncos.

That said, the Broncos have actually won a Super Bowl—or three. So, I’ll stay humble.

This Monday, Sept. 21, Highlands Ranch Water is pulling back the curtain at the Joseph B. Blake Water Treatment Plant, and you're invited!

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Ranch's drinking water is treated, meet the people who keep it flowing, and get the scoop on where your water rates go—from everyday operations to major infrastructure upgrades happening right now.

The need-to-knows: The open house takes place outdoors at 2500 Plaza Drive. No RSVP needed. Just bring comfortable walking shoes and a little sun protection.

Most of us turn on the faucet without thinking about what happens before the water reaches our glass. This Monday, you can come see what goes into every drop and meet the community who help water flow through the Ranch today, tomorrow, and into infinity!
