✨ Meet the Instructor
If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates… this is your sign.
It’s rare to find instructors you truly connect with — and Sheena is one of those people.
She’s genuinely best of the best — thoughtful, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, with a style that makes you feel comfortable right away.
She’s BASI-certified in mat Pilates and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and currently teaches locally at HRCA.
What makes her stand out is her background.
She’s been an RN for 20+ years, worked in the NICU, and has lived with chronic pain for decades — which completely shapes how she teaches. Her classes are about encouraging you through the moves to mobilize your body in a way that you need.
She also started her fitness career at 40 — proof it’s never too late to try something new.
